Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND)
Bradfield School aims to meet the needs of all students and ensure that all have access to a broad and balanced curriculum.
We are a school that supports students to be fully included in all aspects of school life, to enable every student to realise their potential and achieve success.
Our SENDCo (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator) is Miss T Bullough. You can contact a member of the SEND department via our email address:

SEN Review Dates 2024-25
Where a pupil is identified as having SEN, Bradfield School will put special educational provision in place if barriers to learning have been identified. This SEN support should take the form of a four-part cycle, known as the graduated approach.
The students needs and provision are often detailed in a Pupil Passport, a Support Plan, an Extended Support Plan or an Education, Health and Care Plan. Parents/carers, the young person and any involved professionals are invited to review the plan once a term* via SchoolCloud. There are three available days per term:
Term 1 |
Monday 2nd, Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th December 2024 |
Term 2 |
Monday 10th, Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th March 2024 |
Term 3 |
Monday 16th, Tuesday 17th and Wednesday 18th June 2024 |
|
*Education, Health and Care Plans are reviewed annually.
